Contact our sales department for an RMA Number.
1. Return Sales must be packaged in ½” insulation totally around the software (do not use bubble wrap for this will not protect the software) in a hard cardboard package to prevent damage. We will not be responsible for damages if the packaging guidelines are not adhered to and cannot issue any credit if the software is damaged due to not following the guidelines.
2. Include the RMA number on three sides of the package and include in your packaging the reason for your return, the RMA Number on the Letter and a copy of your sales receipt.
3. Address the Package to - Attention: Returns Dept
PLEASE NOTE EVALUATION DISKS DO NOT HAVE TO BE RETURNED TO US AND ASK THAT YOU PASS IT ON TO A FRIEND OR PEER THAT MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN OUR PRODUCT IF IT DOES NOT MEET YOUR NEEDS
* Also note our refund and credit policy is as follows; Item must be returned in good condition, unopened, undamaged and with proof of purchase within 7 days for a full refund. All Shipping and Handling Fees with a 20% restocking Fee will be deducted from the Refund. You must call our Sales Dept. for an RMA Number and Packaging Instructions. Packaging Instructions must be adhered to for a Refund. Software that has been customized is nonrefundable.
